Excellent experience, highly recommend! Purchase tickets ahead of time, quicker and easier. We went non-peak time which also made it easier. There are many great photo ops. You will definitely enjoy. A must see/do!

I highly recommend that you book your experience early in the morning to avoid the long lines and crowds that come pouring in during the afternoon operation. my family and I experienced 128th floor which was very efficient and a satisfying experience.

The most comfortable airline we have traveled on!! The staff was friendly, plane was clean, and the seats were comfortable and wide enough to stretch your legs. The food was good boarding pass was clear with instructions gate open and closing time, there was plenty of legroom, and the entertainment system had enough variety to keep us entertained. Arrival and departure were both on time. I can't wait to fly with them again

Went to the 125th floor around 5pm, it was still daylight. At 5:30pm viewed a sunset. Shortly after was able to get a night view. We stayed as long as we wanted. Browsed the gift shop. Great view. Took about 30-45 minutes from the start of the line to the top.

Not worth the money

Save your money and get some great pics of this building from the ground. The viewing decks are tiny. It’s constantly busy so it’s very difficult to see the views. The rickety wooden floor feels like it could cave in at any moment!! Apparently you can pay extra to go up to floor 148 for quieter views. Not a must see attraction as far as we were concerned. Very underwhelmed.

Visited at 1 pm in December. Great view. However, expect long waits (even when purchasing advance entry times) and very crowed areas- during travel to the top and while in the observation area. Also expect a long wait to get down. Would not do it again.

Bucket list trip but can be done cheaper

Viator via Trustpilot. Ridiculously expensive for what you get. Upon further investigation, much cheaper alternatives available. Going up the Burj was a bucket list item but for the price i paid was not really value.

Definitely something to see and admire when in Dubai, but to be honest we found the Burj Kalifa to be more impressive from the outside than from the inside and it’s viewing platforms.

Outside during the day and the evening you really get the perspective of this impressive building and it’s scale and height. From the inside it’s another view from a very tall building, just higher up. Nothing really too different from other skyscrapers you might have enjoyed views from.
